History
Alusystem Company is a façade construction company that was set up back in 2003. The company has 100% Romanian private ownership. Alusystem had a dynamic evolution during 2003 and 2010 with his main activity: the works of turn-key facade walls, curtain walls on civil and industrial constructions executed at high quality level. Thus the company gained a well reputed name among the most important five players in the Romanian market and by annual turnover, Alusystem ranks among first three. The Alusystem Company, having a modern and young management team and high professional technical personnel, diversified its activities related to the construction domain very quickly, being well integrated in market needs.
Main activities, Departments:
1) Engineering, shop drawing and design
The engineering & design department provides solutions and sustains all projects from concept to shop drawings. Within the department several activities are:
- Structural physics calculations like static, thermal and acoustics calculations according with national and European standards.
- Quality and performance tests
2) Sales and Marketing
- Tendering, contracting, negotiating with clients and suppliers.
- Marketing and PR.
- Maintenance and permanent track of finished projects
3) Administrative and Project Management
Due to a well established integrated Project Management system and to our permanent learning facilities Alusystem is capable to manager projects like an general entrepreneur, being able to control more than 10 large projects simultaneously.
4) Production Warehouse
Alusystem produces façade cladding in his own workshop situated in Timisoara. Here is the preassembling facility with activities like welding, cutting, sealing, mechanics, etc. Here are most of the high tech machineries and fixed assets. Alusystem produces over 50,000 mp of façade cladding during a year per one shift. All of the processes in production are possible due to high quality personal permanent trained in different workshops in Germany and in own workshop.
Also a key role is attributed to last generation Elumatec CNC machines and production line ? unique in Romania, a good organization and tracking of production defined by barcodes and distinguish operational quality management permanently active.
5) Site Installation and Transport
With very flexible, multi-project management abilities, supporting communications, transportation and mechanization, information and engineering infrastructure, Alusystem operates in more than 15 simultaneous sites opened in the entire country each year, with more than 250 direct working personal. On sites are developed activities like final assembling, deposit, transport and installation, cleaning and maintenance. Also the continues acquisitions of site tools like cranes, scaffolds, lifts, vacuum tools, sites serving automobiles, etc, make from Alusystem one of the most reliable companies in the market.
ISO 9001:2000, 14001, 18001, 27001
The company Alusystem LLC since 2004 has 9001:2000 quality certificates, followed by quality certificates and 14001, OHSAS 18001, respectively 27001.
Orientation such as is provided by highly specialized personnel divided into departments, and the guarantees offered by the suppliers employees. The end result is the highest certification standards including complete logistics for each project.
