December 2011. Airport Building Otopeni
The work started a month ago at the objective Otopeni Airport building are going on as planned, and this is largely due to the excellent collaboration with the general contractor, ROMAIRPORT-ASTALDI. In the almost 10 years of activity of Alusystem, it turns out to be one of the best harmonies, the key to success is trust and mutual respect born from the successful completion of the project Otopeni Airport Terminal.
December 1-st 2011. Unicredit Tiriac Bank
Beginning of the cold season brings new challenges to the facade closing process. But as nothing is impossible for the determined ones, with strong support of the project team and the General Contractor BOG'ART, we are convinced that we will successfully complete this project in time according to the work schedule.
November 25-th 2011. Law Faculty Craiova
As stated in the last site meeting of this project of the combined construction teams, the progress of work is on schedule. A significant contribution is given by the excellent cooperation between Alusystem and D&T Industrial Equipment, the General Contractor who is this unique project.
November 2011. ERP Botosani Commercial Center
After a sustained effort, it was completed the work to the Commercial Center ERP Botosani. It was a special project with some specific technical details, which joins other shopping centers of Alusystem brand in Bucharest, Timisoara, Sibiu, Pitesti, Craiova, Targu Mures, Braila, Bacau, Focsani, Deva, Turnu-Severin.
November 2011 Works as scheduled at SPP headquarters
Work on the new headquarters of the Guard and Protection Service progress on schedule. Due to a very good collaboration with the architecture house of this project, the façade architectural details were finished, so that the project has a special character. The entire assembly will meet high quality requirements and specifications of the beneficiary, being integrated into the local environment.
September 2011. Electroputere Park Craiova
We expect the successful completion of the project Electroputere Park Shopping Center Craiova in December, very sustained pace of progress of works being accelerated with the approaching deadline of the Center's opening.
September 2011. Residential suites - Gogol street
We've completed work on the luxury residential property on Gogol Street, Primãverii district - Bucharest. Although the project is small scale compared to most of Alusystem works, it was given a special attention from our team, attention to detail and finishes of the highest class are essential attributes of this project.
August 2011. Cathedral Plaza
It is worth mentioning that our team received appreciation, congratulations and "open stage applause" from several known architects and designers for general appearance, innovative and futuristic look of the project and especially the lobby of this special objective.
August 2011 High pace at Electroputere Craiova
Execution of 10,000 square meters of facade at Electroputere CCEP is in full swing, at a strong pace. Completion of this project is scheduled to end December 2011.
August 2011 Start in final assembly at Unicredit Tiriac Bank
In mid-August assembly on site was launched at Tiriac Unicredit Bank - Bucharest. Completion of this objective's particularly complex and challenging facades is expected by the end of 2011. Tiriac Unicredit Bank project is not only challenging but also extremely complex - including a very tight deadline. For this reason, were adopted technical solutions for manufacturing and assembly methods specific to minimize the time on site and to prevent the cold of winter. Systems used are: facade element for side walls, stick curtain wall system for the lights and the curtain walls at the V front. Another novelty for this objective is the use of Eco Clean materials for the ventilated cladding, with self-cleaning properties. This solution was chosen with support from W4th architects who through their vast experience have agreed to use these materials, especially given that the sloped facade that is prone to accumulate dust and pollution elements inherent in a crowded capital.
July 2011 Business Center Sibiu, final acceptance
Commissioning was signed at "Business Center Sibiu". Following a very good collaboration with both the general contractor, CON-A Sibiu and with the support of designers and subcontractors, this project was successfully completed in only one year. Moreover, very high speed execution of our company was one of the main criteria of choice as a partner in the project, as Alusystem already having multiple performances in speed of completion and compliance with tight deadlines.
July 2011 U.S. Embassy, completed
Work has been completed to the U.S. Embassy headquarters in Bucharest.
May 15, 2011 Business Center Sibiu to be ready in a month!
After the las meeting on site, after analysing the work schedule and evolution so far, it was established as Commisioning Time the date of June 15, 2011.
February 2011 Unicredit Tiriac Bank
Alusystem is on the verge to sign a contract with the general contractor, to execute the facades of the new central quarters of Unicredit Tiriac Bank. This project must be completed within this year and is bound to be technically difficult as the "element facade" technology be employed. The building architect is Westford Architecture and the entire facade area is to be 14,000 square metres. see pictures
January 2011 Otopeni International Airport
Work at this project is completed and the new facades have been commissioned. Alusystem has a portfolio of tough projects in terms of complexity and/or execution time, but this one was a true challenge for the entire team. Even a tough and complex project, the work was intense and had to withstand regular and demanding controls of Schengen experts. see pictures

This project is in a stage very close to completion. It's another exclusive, luxury building.
