Our Engineering and Design Department provides integrated solutions and specialized support for all projects, from initial concept to the final shop drawings. Our goal is to transform architectural vision into feasible, durable, and aesthetic technical solutions, while ensuring constant support throughout the entire process.
The team combines technical expertise with creativity, delivering precise, efficient results tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
The department’s core activities include:
Conducting structural calculations, including static, thermal, and acoustic analyses, in accordance with national and European standards;
Performing performance and quality tests to guarantee the compliance and durability of the proposed solutions;
Developing and coordinating complete technical documentation, from the design phase through to final execution.
Project Management
Thanks to an integrated and well-structured project management system, as well as internal continuous training programs, Alusystem has the capacity to manage complex projects as a general contractor. The company can simultaneously coordinate over ten large-scale projects, maintaining the same high standards of quality, efficiency, and control.
The activity of the project management department is supported by a solid internal structure, consisting of:

This interdepartmental collaboration ensures an integrated approach, efficient processes, and optimal coordination across all project stages, from planning to completion.
Production Facilities
Alusystem operates two modern production workshops in Timișoara, fully equipped for the manufacturing of aluminum joinery, curtain walls, and unitized facade systems, as well as steel fabrications.
Aluminum Joinery, Curtain Walls, and Unitized Systems Workshop
The production workflow includes:
Cutting – Elumatec line, equipped with DG244 and DG79 machines;
Machining (drilling and milling) – Elumatec SBZ 140 and Schüco PBX AL-7200 CNC centers;
Two-plane milling – Graule machinery;
Crimping – Schüco corner crimping machine;
Assembly – installation of gaskets, accessories, and hardware;
Packaging for delivery.
Steel Fabrication Workshop
This facility produces the steel components required for the installation of aluminum joinery, curtain walls, and unitized panels.
The production workflow comprises:
Cutting – plasma cutting machine;
Bending and drilling – precision punching machine;
Welding;
Packaging for delivery.
