Work has commenced on Phase 2 of The Office Cluj-Napoca, a continuation of the project completed between 2013 and 2014. This new stage is the result of a successful collaboration with the developer, Mr. Ovidiu Șandor, and the NEPI investment fund.
This new project includes over 6,000 m2 of classic curtain walling, 500 m2 of high-glass railings designed to screen the technical floor, and 1,200 m2 of sandwich panel cladding. It also features 1,400 m2 of Corian cladding—a true signature of a building that has already become an icon in this region—alongside 250 m2 of Alucobond-type cladding and 130 linear meters of glass railings for the penthouse, a truly special location offering a panoramic view of the entire city of Cluj-Napoca.
