In mid-October, works commenced on the building envelope for UBC 06, the former Palas cinema, which is currently being transformed into an office building. As with UBC 05, the same facade system was selected for UBC 06. The primary differences lie in the method of securing the facade to the structure; for this project, a beam-mounted system using welding was chosen.
Furthermore, to meet the specific architectural requirements of this building, units with heights exceeding 7 meters were opted for. The works are scheduled for completion by the end of December.
