Alusystem, the market leader in facades and building envelope solutions, is participating in the development of the Art City residential project, launched by Bog’Art in northern Bucharest. Art City is the first project in Romania to integrate the new residential aluminum joinery system launched by Alusystem this year. For the assembly’s facades, the company will deliver joinery worth approximately €600,000.

Art City is part of the Petrom City urban regeneration master plan, located in a rapidly expanding area of the city. The project represents an investment of approximately €20 million and will include 141 apartments, 500 square meters of commercial space, and 180 parking spots.

The aluminum joinery system developed by Alusystem enhances the project’s quality through guaranteed energy efficiency, durability, and design, contributing to sustainable development goals and a low environmental impact. The product meets European quality standards, as well as the highest criteria for air and wind permeability, effectively preventing energy loss.

“Our collaboration with Art City allows us to demonstrate that Alusystem’s joinery system is extremely attractive and competitive for the residential market. It is a product that integrates innovative technologies with the technical know-how and experience gained over decades of leadership in the office sector. Furthermore, it comes at an excellent price point, allowing more developers to benefit from the quality of aluminum joinery at highly advantageous costs. We are close to reaching our €1 million sales target estimated for the first year of activity”, stated Răzvan Popa, Executive Director of Alusystem.

“The new Alusystem aluminum joinery was customized with a special color that provides a premium sensory experience for the user, while the profile structure follows the new global minimalist residential trend. At the same time, we offer the end customer the possibility of further customization, allowing them to opt for personalized shapes and volumes depending on their preferred architecture”, added Valentin Iancu, Technical Director of Alusystem.
